In 2018 I reached my lowest of lows after a lifetime of trauma, abuse, & self neglect crashed over me like a thousand tidal waves. Completely unaware of what was happening & isolated without a support system. I spiraled into full-blown PTSD. The traumas I’d been running from unexpectedly overcame me and demanded to be felt. I wanted to die. Every single day I fought suicidal thoughts and panic attacks. The pain was unbearable. In my desperation I sought traditional therapy, unfortunately it wasn't the end all solution I was looking for. I found talking about my problems gave me an understanding of my subconscious, and I gained more self awareness around what was happening. However, I needed more, I needed to see the way out!

This is where divine guidance stepped in. Through a series of remarkable events I was led to holistic healing. It was in ceremony with these sacred practices and healers that I not only found healing, but I found a missing connection to source. I went from suffering with PTSD and suicidal ideation to a full Kundalini Awakening. The years following were the most transformational of my life, like a newborn baby I soaked up everything. I immersed myself in learning, went to healers, attended retreats, received certifications, made lifelong friendships, and most importantly I saw the way out of my pain!

The path was far from easy. It required letting people go, over and over again, It required standing up for myself, it required facing my worst fears, and it required massive amounts of self love, intuitive trust, and a willingness to walk alone. As hard as it was, I promise you it was all worth it. The blocks to my intuitive gifts unlocked and I opened up a world far better than anything I had known previously. At first I only intended to use my gifts for my own healing, but it seems (God, Universe, Source) had other plans. I have walked this path for a reason! I wasn’t trained in a formal classroom. I was trained through natural healers, jungle shaman, spirit, and through a lifetime of unthinkable experiences that I overcame. My abilities started in childhood, looking back I can clearly see they were always there. I’ve spent many years guiding friends and even strangers. I’ve witnessed myself be directed to the right person at just the right moment time and time again. I’ve witnessed insurmountable obstacles move and beautiful miracles happen in my life and in the lives of others. All this has been clearing my path and asking me to answer the call to build this community.

I'm here to guide you the way I wish someone would have guided me. I'm here to point you in the direction of tools and practices that work. When you work 1:1 with me I am more than just a business exchange. I give you support and access to ask questions and reach out. I truly believe anyone called to work with me found me for a reason, so I pour my full energy into our connection. I’m here to listen, to give you hope, to help you remember who you are, help you remember your power, and watch you burn down the things that have been holding you hostage!
